Spleck: Creyonah Special #12


Imagine how we would feel if we started to see disembodied arms or feet floating in the air? I think that that would be creepier than a face looking down at us.

Don't you?

Or maybe you don't.

You'll tell me when you know right?

Not that that will work as a goad or enticement for more feedback. Two comments in more than four months is telling me something.

Le Sigh.

And no, the casts on all three of my Splecks are not settled.

Though maybe they shouldn't be?

Not that anyone has anything about Spleck. Not so much as a comment as near I can remember.

What's a talented futt to do?

At least I think I'm talented.

Do you think I'm wrong?

Though, as you can guess, that won't stop me from carrying on with the writing and the drawings.

Not even God would stop me from writing and drawing each day. But why would God want me to stop? 

Meanwhile, on the flipside, that's a jar of something or other and it's a gift to Ted.

From whom is it a gift and what is it, I don't know, the giver hasn't even identified themselves to me, so they can't very well tell me what the gift is now can they?

I think some kind of perfume or potion.

But a potion for what?

And would it be for a good purpose or not?

How will I ever find out?

Do you want to find out too? Or is it just me?

Hmm, the blogged words today certaintly didn't help me as much as they did yesterday.

Luckily I still have the whole of the 4th of me in which to write the difference between what I've written now and what I will write by the end of the day.

An amount that will, I hope be more than 4000 words because I have my reasons for poushing hard now, when I have the MiIlioncy well in hand.

Namely the 12 Days of Christmas where I'll be writing a thousand a day instead of more.

But there's always reason for other things to be pushing hard.

I'd say more, but the quarter's over.

Good morning humans. I hate the gravity of your world because it is hard on my back and my back has had enough of it and as a result, I woke up with a pain that that I cannot stand, so I am writing to you from the comfort of my bed. Though being true, because of the pain, there is no comfort but the comfort of escaping awareness through sleep. Hopefully I will find my way to sleep tonight because right now, it feels as though I will not. It is painfully clear to me that I have been away from the words for far too long as I got caught up in the memoriams of humans that have made the pictures that they so love. I don't get their appreciation of these stories, because I find them too long and they often like to make followups. And to that idea I shake my head. Maybe it's odd that I think this as a writer, but it is how I feel. I don't even remember what I was going to write. Was I going to slam Dalton for calling me a quitter if I withdrew from the collective? He certainly deserves it, not that I hate him, but he was certainly an ass when he was dissing me for wanting the collective to succeed. But that was more than a half hour ago and that was too long for me to hold onto the thought that I had then. Spleck #20

Wow, how is it so much brighter here than it was when I took the photo, with the lights or flash? Ugh. The science of nature am I right? I like this drawing a lot. Well, I'm not crazy about the pencil's beak, but apart from that, he's a good pencil and I will continue to draw them. Ideally with more colour choices  than the four that I currently have. But for now, however long now lasts, four will have to do. Spleck II will graduate past the black paper so that I have more choices. As for the little guy with his very own flag, he's a Pobadyd and all good Pobadyds have their own flags. Luckily for Poeth, there are many ways for a Pobaddyd to earn themselves a flag becuase there's really only one thing that Poeth is good at, since he's so small and easily beaten in all the physical ways that a Pobadyd can earn their flag.
