Slate #1_Spleck: Daigoeda #2


Hey, how are you doing? As you can guess by reading my blog, I have lots of room to improve, but all in all, I'm hanging in and while I won't say I'm happy, I'm not unhappy.

But back to you.

How are you doing?

And yes, I do mean this for real.

If you want to shoot me a message through twitter.

Only if you want of course, because who am I right and what help could I possibly be to you?

Le Sigh.

But enough do gooderism today.

The second drawing that I have successfully drawn on my slate, which is what I am calling the newyes device that I bought from Amazon and came even quicker than it was supposed to, so it's a good thing that I didn't go shopping on Saturday or I would have missed its arrival and who knows when I would have been able to use it.

And with two drawings completed, I am well on my way to paying it off through use. It's only a question of how much I value my drawings.

Or how others would value them if they were for sale.

But they aren't

Though I'd surely sell prints of them, because the originals of them were on the device that only keeps them temporarily.

If I want to keep using the device of course.

Which I do.

So prints it will be of these.

As soon as there are any takers.

And as soon as I arrange that. But that's not an impossible task. I'd just have to go to my friendly office supply store and voila, I would have prints for sale in short order.

Le Sigh.

It could happen.

What won't though is....

That's a long list that none of us have time for today.

in fact, I should go now and do some of those things now.

Good morning humans. I hate the gravity of your world because it is hard on my back and my back has had enough of it and as a result, I woke up with a pain that that I cannot stand, so I am writing to you from the comfort of my bed. Though being true, because of the pain, there is no comfort but the comfort of escaping awareness through sleep. It is painfully clear to me that I have been away from the words for far too long as I got caught up in the memoriams of humans that have made the pictures that they so love. I don't get their appreciation of these stories, because I find them too long and they often like to make followups. And to that idea I shake my head. Maybe it's odd that I think this as a writer, but it is how I feel. I don't even remember what I was going to write. Was I going to slam Dalton for calling me a quitter if I withdrew from the collective? He certainly deserves it, not that I hate him, but he was certainly an ass when he was dissing me for wanting the collective to succeed. But that was more than a half hour ago and that was too long for me to hold onto the thought that I had then. Wow, how is it so much brighter here than it was when I took the photo, with the lights or flash? Ugh. The science of nature am I right? I like this drawing a lot. Well, I'm not crazy about the pencil's beak, but apart from that, he's a good pencil and I will continue to draw them. Ideally with more colour choices  than the four that I currently have. But for now, however long now lasts, four will have to do. Spleck II will graduate past the black paper so that I have more choices. As for the little guy with his very own flag, he's a Pobadyd and all good Pobadyds have their own flags. Luckily for Poeth, there are many ways for a Pobaddyd to earn themselves a flag becuase there's really only one thing that Poeth is good at, since he's so small and easily beaten in all the physical ways that a Pobadyd can earn their flag.
